Daniel J. Molloy, father of , William, Anna, Marie, Lillian, Charlotte and Daniel and his three sisters who lived in New York and worked as seamstresses. Picture taken 1900s. Not sure were this photo was taken, Cincinnati or New York. Daniel Joseph Molloy born 1858 died 1937. This picture was taken about 1868. Daniel Molloy Sr was known as “Dapper Dan” during his lifetime because he was a good dresser. Daniel Joseph was born on Fifth Street in Cincinnati, OH Daniel Joseph’s wife Mary (Coyne) Molloy may have been from Rochester, NY. He lived at 823 Carlisle Ave., Cincinnati, OH when his last child, a son, Daniel Anthony was born November 30, 1909. Daniel Joseph’s occupation was listed as Railroader at this time. He was listed as being 51 when Daniel Anthony was born and his wife Mary was 40. He married Mary Coyne (born 1869 and died 1923). Daniel Sr. had a sister - a Fannie Hutchinson in Denver, CO –she had two sons Frankie and Tommi. Frankie lived on 8th and Cutter – beautiful home – married to actress Daisey? No children. Sisters in NYC sent money. Daniel Sr. had a brother who traveled a lot – tall and thin.
